Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 13, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital educational courses and subscriptions made through **IMPERIAL PETALS** ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Because our courses are digital products that grant immediate access to proprietary educational content, eligibility for a refund is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within **14 calendar days** of the original purchase date.
  • The customer must not have consumed more than **10% of the course content** (measured by video time watched or marked assignments completed) for the specific course being requested for refund.
  • For subscription services, a refund may only be requested within the first 14 days and only if no courses have been accessed or downloaded during that period.
  • No certificates of completion must have been generated or claimed for the course.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are **non-refundable** under any circumstances:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
  • Courses where more than 10% of the content has been viewed or accessed.
  • Refunds requested for dissatisfaction with the customer's *progress* or *outcome* (e.g., failure to get a job or pass an exam).
  • Downloaded course materials, unless authorized by our support team.
  • Any fees for third-party services or software required by the course but purchased separately by the user.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team:

  1. Send an email to support@imperial-petals.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Course Name]".
  2. Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your usage statistics (content consumed) to verify eligibility according to Section 1.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment processor's policies. Please note that:

  • Processing usually takes 5-10 business days.
  • Access to the course will be immediately revoked upon refund approval.
